FeJAL Signs Strategic Deal With Chinese Media Group

As part of deepening international cooperation and extending the work of women journalists in Liberia and across the world, the Female Journalists Association of Liberia (FeJAL) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with on news reporting with a Chinese media group, Hunan Changsha Online New Media Co. Limited. 

The partnership agreement will bolster bilateral ties with China and strengthen Liberian Women Journalists Work across China and vice Versa.

The agreement will allow the Hunan Changsha Online New Media Company to publish and broadcast confirm contents from women journalists in Liberia through FeJAL, and lead together on joint international news and publicity reporting activities from China as well. 

Madam Lisa Tenneh Diasay, President of the Female Journalists Association of Liberia described the agreement as a big feat for women journalists in Liberia to showcase their journalism skills.

“Their work will be published and shared in China likewise the same for China, it will be a great experience for them to spotlight strategic stories about Liberia and other sectors that will obviously benefit Liberia by attracting investors to Liberia through this shared partnership. I am very happy”, Madam Diasay said. 

The partnership agreement was consummated at the end of a two-week Media and Communication Seminar for 30 Liberian Journalists in Changsha City, China.
